The Good Care Network Launch

The Good Care Network are proud to announce a “One Stop Shop” website specifically for those who need to pay FULL COST for their CARE

We can assist individuals who need to pay full cost for their social care to find appropriate and trusted social care solutions.

Our aim is to provide Care Navigation and Care Funding Advice and Information which is truly bespoke to the individual and to offer FREE links to a wealth of trusted home care providers, live in care, residential and nursing homes, lunch and social clubs, support groups, house cleaning and maintenance and gardening services. We also offer support to identify self-employed or directly employed 1:1 support provided by a Care Personal Assistant

We will use our drive and experience to promote, all aspects of the Care Navigation and Care Funding Advice and Information that we provide for our clients, to local trusted providers, homes and services CQC rated Outstanding or Good only, to ensure access via our website to the highest quality of social care providers available.

The Good Care Network is a care navigation and care funding information and advice service and membership scheme with an incremental website created specifically for individuals who need to pay full cost for their care.

To grow our network we are looking for Local Agents based in Berkshire, Hertfordshire or Oxfordshire, you would work from home. This role is ideally suited to someone who has experience in the health and social care sector, from either working for a care provider, service or local authority.  You would be required to provide an initial overview Care Navigation and Care Funding assessment consultation for clients, initial and on going guidelines and support to provide this will be provided. Also a sound knowledge of the care system and care providers within the specified county would be a great advantage. You will also be required to promote The Good Care Network and Membership to local care providers, such as home care, live in care, residential and nursing homes, support, social and lunch groups, home and gardening maintenance services and GP Practices and their Social Prescribing Link Worker

Hours- Part Time Monday to Friday Hours to suit you

Pay: Commission paid on a Membership sign up basis
